At PYEONIA, we prepare and ship your orders with care.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

• Standard delivery: €4.95
• Free delivery on orders of €49 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

SPAIN, ITALY AND LUXEMBOURG

• Standard international delivery: €9.90
• Free delivery on orders of €79 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days

DELIVERY TIMES

The stated delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended during periods of high activity or due to events beyond our control. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Selected products have a specific estimated delivery time of 6–11 business days, displayed on the product page and in the cart. Orders containing one of these products may take up to 11 business days, and items may arrive separately.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In the event of a significant delay, a parcel marked as delivered but not received, or a product damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible using the details provided on our Contact page.

We will review the situation with the carrier and inform you of the available solutions.
