RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PYEONIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

Where several items from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last item.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the relevant products.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility.

PYEONIA covers the return shipping costs when the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, provided that you contact us beforehand to obtain the return instructions.

Please do not send any product back before receiving the return address and instructions.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products should be returned with their original accessories and packaging whenever possible.

You may be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS AND HYGIENE

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return.

This exclusion does not affect your rights when the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pyeonia.com. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review the situation and inform you of the available solution and any applicable return instructions.

REFUNDS

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund all amounts due, including the initial standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The direct return shipping costs incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal will not be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Use the return or withdrawal feature available on our store; or
• Contact us at contact@pyeonia.com, stating your order number and the products concerned.

We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.
